SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist

As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the recruitment and onboarding processes for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining their HR operations and ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors enhancement.
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features that align with client needs.
- Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing manual intervention.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients, empowering them to utilize the implemented modules effectively.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with HR processes and systems, driving business outcomes and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is required.
