Program Manager: Shaping India's Young Professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Manage college outreach and student selection processes.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student bodies.
  • Conduct student capability workshops and organisation presentations.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of fellowship programs.
  • Develop efficient pipelines, monitor progress, and measure impact.

Eligibility:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager to build and scale our fellowship and campus-led initiatives. You must have:

  1. Graduated from a top engineering, commerce, science, or arts college.
  2. 4-5 years of relevant work experience as Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manager, or similar.
  3. A strong track record of managing end-to-end programs (recruitment, operations, stakeholder management).
  4. Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, relationship management preferred.
