About this role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Advisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting potential students as they explore our programs and achieve their career goals.
Key responsibilities- Consult with warm leads via phone and email to provide personalized guidance on how our programs can support their career aspirations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have expressed interest in our programs.
- Deliver in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
- Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling with a proven track record of exceeding targets in international education markets.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails per day.
