We are a dynamic team at BigCity Promotions, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our crew. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for recruitment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.

Salary Range: ₹ 6,00,000 - ₹ 8,50,000 per annum

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to identify, attract, assess, and select top talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that you provide them with the best possible candidates for the job.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to source high-quality candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates, keeping track of their progress through the recruitment process.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers, ensuring they stay informed throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and providing them with necessary information and resources.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Familiarity with advertising, media, or internet industries (a plus).
