Job Title: Digital Lead - Mumbai

We are seeking a talented Digital Lead to join our team in Mumbai. As a Digital Lead, you will be responsible for driving excellence in content and communication, leading creative innovation, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 40 members across content, design, and digital functions.
  • Define and implement integrated digital and content strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Champion copy, content, and storytelling as the backbone of brand and campaign success.
  • Provide creative direction for video shoots, motion graphics, and social content to ensure impactful brand experiences.
  • Oversee ORM, gamification, and media planning initiatives to deliver well-rounded digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Data Science, Analytics, Campaign Management, for holistic marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by engaging at a strategic level and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Streamline workflows, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards across all digital outputs.

Qualifications:
  • 12 years of experience in digital industry, content-led marketing, or creative digital agency leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams (20+ members) across copy, content, and digital disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in content marketing, brand storytelling, social media, ORM, media planning, and campaign delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to blend creativity with data-driven insights to deliver business results.
