Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Lex expert to lead our conversational AI project. This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying scalable and production-grade Lex bots using Amazon Lex V2.

  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2, custom intent and slot configuration, and multi-turn conversations.
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define intents, utterances, and slots
  • Set up multi-turn conversations
  • Manage session attributes, context control, and fallback strategies
  • Leverage Lex's native integrations with Lambda, Amazon Connect, and Cognito
  • Optimize language model performance using analytics and real-user feedback


Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2
  • Custom intent and slot configuration
  • Multi-turn conversations and context management
  • Fallback and clarification handling
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces
