Job Opportunity:

A skilled Business Solution Architect is sought to analyze business needs, design and implement efficient solutions using the Odoo ERP system, and provide ongoing support to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Odoo modules, integrate with other applications, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis, recommend optimized solutions, and develop detailed process documentation.
  • Provide expert end-user support, troubleshoot issues, conduct comprehensive training, and assist in project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality, improve productivity, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
  • Effective communication skills, basic project management capabilities, and multitasking expertise.
  • Knowledge of key business domains: E-commerce, manufacturing, HR, CRM, sales, purchasing, warehouse management, and accounting.

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies, knowledge of data analytics, and experience with cloud-based solutions.
