Job Title: Learning Solutions Manager

Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge in the field of learning and development? Do you have expertise in instructional design, consulting, and client management?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting to lead the design, delivery, and orchestration of cutting-edge learning and leadership development solutions. As a key member of our team, you will blend consulting expertise with instructional design excellence, ensuring impactful, scalable, and learner-centric outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of learning and leadership solutions, integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies.
  • Client Management & Delivery: Manage large, complex, multi-portfolio client engagements (>$500K; multi-country/global in scope) and oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets (videos, decks, assessments, captions).
  • Business Development & Growth: Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies, lead solution design, pricing, proposal development, and high-stakes presentations/pilots to senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
