About the Role

This is a critical position that oversees technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity and Business Continuity: Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • User Access Management: Ensure ERP user management access privileges and password.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing process.
  • Technology Risk Management: Take overall responsibility for Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing process.
  • Disaster Recovery Plan: Develop, implement, and maintain a fully tested comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • Critical Field Configuration: Configure critical fields and validation for Manufacturing process in Plant.
  • Integration and Customization: Integrate between ERP and Government Portal API requires master configuration and management. Customize Legal document output Form as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO which interfaces with customer and vendor.
  • User Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business process. Resolve user issues through front-end and back-end development, with service provider involvement when necessary.
  • Security of Transactions: Ensure Security of transactions configuration to prevent Back dated transactions update and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege level.
  • System Implementation and Support: Monitor System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • ERP Software Maintenance: Ensure ERP S/W up to date as Latest Build No. for compliance requirements of GST and TDS with Service provider and consultant coordination.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot all technology issues.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA)
  • Experience: Minimum 5-year experience in ERP, all modules such as Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR (Payroll and Personal)
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical Module RDF and DLD, knowledge of tables and Field to access transactional data and Master data
  • Functional Modules: Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal) with business process knowledge
