We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to develop complex mechanical components and assemblies for high-reliability products. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD modeling and drafting software.
  • Create precise technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and testing purposes.
  • Collaborate with prototyping efforts using various methods, including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and plastic molding.
  • Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to meet mechanical requirements.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and thermal analysis to ensure mechanical robustness.
  • Collaborate with electronics and software engineering teams to ensure seamless mechanical integration in multi-disciplinary systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and drafting using SolidWorks (CSWP certification preferred).
  • Strong expertise in mechanical enclosure design and prototyping techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with material selection, tolerance stack-up analysis, and mechanical design calculations.
  • Knowledge of DFM and DFA principles to optimize designs for cost-effective production.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication across engineering functions.
