Senior Mechanical Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical engineering components, systems, and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering design, with experience in automation, electromechanical, and mechatronics concepts. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.

You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with engineers to validate and refine your designs. Your attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical engineering components, systems, and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Create detailed designs, conduct feasibility studies, and validate designs.
  • Work closely with engineers to refine designs and ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and testing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, preferably in automation, electromechanical, and mechatronics.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
