Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer to create impactful digital health experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and accessible user interfaces that empower frontline health workers and improve community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and journeys to align design strategy with end-user realities.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Incorporate responsive and accessible design principles for diverse user groups and devices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on expertise in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
