Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Technical Expert to support our proposal development team.

Location: Remote

The ideal candidate will provide technical and domain expertise for proposals primarily in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform, analyzing requirements and providing insight into client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and break down technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide expert knowledge to develop technical sections, approaches, and win themes.
  • Work with writers to translate delivery/operational knowledge into clear inputs for the proposal team.
  • Participate in workshops to brainstorm solutions and approaches.
  • Contribute to building a knowledge library of reusable technical material, case studies, and solution narratives.
  • Ensure quality review of draft proposals to guarantee technical accuracy and alignment with requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of domain expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Experience working with RFPs, RFQs, or client proposals is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and map them to practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government / SLED / commercial IT procurement processes is beneficial (training can be provided if not).
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
