Job Summary

BHIVE Workspace is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA freshers to join our Real Estate Investments Program as research interns. This 4-6 month internship offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates, especially those with a finance background, to engage in deep research on real estate investment vehicles in India and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on SM REITs, AIFs, and other real estate investment products and solutions, both within India and globally.
  • Compile and analyze research data, and prepare clear, concise summaries, reports, and presentations for internal review and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of a Business Plan for BHIVE Capital, using data-driven insights gathered during research.
  • Reach out to and engage with real estate professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to gather insights and enhance the research findings.
  • Present research findings through written reports and PowerPoint presentations, providing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the real estate investment sector, and share insights with the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: Recent MBA graduates (any stream), with a preference for candidates with a finance specialization.
  • Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive research and compile data from various sources, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Interest in Real Estate: A keen interest in real estate markets and investment products is essential for success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare well-structured reports and deliver professional presentations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confidence and comfort in reaching out to industry professionals to gather insights and expand your professional network.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other research or analytics tools would be an advantage.
