High-Quality Software Solutions Specialist

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the delivery of software that delivers a business outcome and is designed, implemented, and tested to the team's standards.
- Maintaining existing data platform artefacts and infrastructure, carrying out continuous improvement and enhancements as relevant.
- Providing a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders, further developing skills built through significant practical experience or training.
- Adapting, understanding, and following data engineering best practices.
- Demonstrating ownership and commitment to building efficient, scalable, extensible, and robust software/data platforms.
Key stakeholder management includes internal and external stakeholders across Business Areas, Support Groups, Partners/Vendors, and other teams across Asset Management Technology & Change.
Required Skills- Proven software engineering skills with experience in C# and .Net Framework, basic SQL.
- Fundamental knowledge of software patterns and principles.
- Working proficiency in programming and scripting languages: SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript.
- Experience with data on Azure stack, e.g., Azure Data factory pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and working of CI/CD pipeline.
- Ability to work with data sets and analyse them.
- Experience in financial markets and asset management processes and understanding analysis into various asset classes and associated analytics.
- Proficiency in using Databricks for data ingestion or transformation.
