The role of this position involves planning, designing, configuring, developing, and testing the Opcenter application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, configure, implement, develop, and maintain Siemens Opcenter application to meet operational needs.
  • Analyze, design, configure, develop, and test requested functionality in the development environment.
  • Install and configure high availability for the Opcenter Core & Electronics application.
  • Support operations teams to test and accept new changes in the Opcenter test environment.
  • Collaborate with DBA teams to migrate newly developed functionality to production with minimal impact on business operations.
  • Monitor the Opcenter Core & Electronics application to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain documentation for key applications.
  • Follow industry best practices for Software Development Life Cycle and company policies.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for MES projects and support activities.
  • Train junior team members and users as required.
