Solutions Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead our cloud-native technology initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proposing architectural solutions to clients and helping them migrate and improve their infrastructure from on-premise to cloud or optimize their cloud spend across multiple public clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate expertise in experimenting with new age cloud offerings and defining best practices as a thought leader in cloud, automation, and Dev-Ops.
  2. Stay updated on evolving technologies and client needs by augmenting skills and learning new concepts.
  3. Build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers using your experience in GCP.
  4. Provide leadership to project teams and facilitate the definition of project deliverables around core Cloud-based technology and methods.
  5. Ensure IT standards and methodology are met; deliver quality results.
  6. Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code, and other artifacts.
  7. Identify and stay up-to-date with new technical concepts in GCP.
  8. Advise customers on best practices around access management, network setup, regulatory compliance, and related areas.
  9. Establish interest and credibility with clients and teams through strong communication and business judgment.
  10. Maintain a high-quality standard while working collaboratively with others.
  11. Stay highly organized and efficient in your work.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputable institute, or equivalent programming experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (GCP) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years proven experience as a GCP Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
  • Google Cloud Certified candidates only.
