Role Description

The role of Finance System Configurator and Analyst involves possessing business and application knowledge in the Oracle ERP Cloud F&P domain. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with Agile frameworks and continuous improvement lifecycle. Key responsibilities include creating proposed solution designs, configuring/developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop proposed solution designs to meet new business requirements
- Configure/develop solutions as per business requirements
- Collaborate with F&P product owner to plan and prioritize backlog
- Work with F&P module leads and cross-functional leads to understand requirements and deliver
- Ensure efficiency in daily standups/refinements/retrospectives
- Maintain configuration workbooks and documentations as required
- Prioritize workload and deliver as per deadline

Collaboration and Communication

- Collaborate and communicate with relevant domain Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, Key Business Users, and End Users
- Collaborate with OIM team and Design Authority
- Collaborate with OEA Data, Infrastructure and Integrations team and Oracle Operation & Optimization Technical Solution Managers to ensure technical landscape adheres to standard

Applications Enhancement & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, and Oracle Operation & Optimization C/I team to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in the Oracle applications portfolio
- Participate in functional/technical design work as assigned
- Assist with technical solution development, documentations and technical testing as assigned

Requirements

- 2+ years of proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Finance
- Experience in finance business processes and ability to find solutions/deliver solutions to meet business requirements
- Experience with Azure Dev/Ops
- Previous experience working in a CI team
- Ability to work on Continuous Improvement items
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to review & challenge proposed solution designs
- Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge
- Agile/CI Frameworks
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail
