Description

The individual in this role will be responsible for end-to-end administration of software products supporting team processes, with a primary focus on Workday. This individual is comfortable executing tasks and projects from concept inception to delivery and adoption. This position will interface closely with a variety of departments and professional levels, including executives, people managers, business collaborators, project managers, analysts, and end users to deliver innovative solutions for the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for administration, maintenance, enhancements, configurations of Workday modules, including: HCM, Prism Analytics, Absence, Recruiting, Integrations, Learning, Financials, Payroll, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Projects

Manage all capabilities associated to business processes, security roles, configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, Feature Release updates/testing/management

Maintains Workday security design, configuration, workflow, and security administration.

Responsible for being knowledgeable regarding the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases, reviewing release notes, assessing new features, understanding the impacts on business processes and basic changes in functionality. Maintains a complete understanding of the system to act as a liaison between IT and functional areas.

Analyze requestsfor new Workday functionality, implement new features, triage incoming support requests, and handle or route appropriately

Maintain a healthy Workday environment by periodically reviewing configurations, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards

Plan, create, and maintain the appropriate documentation, inventory assessments, and procedures related to administration of the applications, system

Work with stakeholders to assist them in building Workday based reports, dashboards, and planning views based on different user requirements to provide them with actionable project metrics and status reports where appropriate

Handle escalations from the service ticket queue to ensure timely resolution for end user issues

Engage short-term consultants, as needed, for the success of projects/requests

On-call support

Primary Skills & Experience

2+ years of relevant experience administering Workday modules

Technical knowledge of Workday modules (Clearwater owned modules: HCM, Prism Analytics, Absence, Recruiting, Integrations, Learning, Financials, Payroll, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Projects)

Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness

Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical support. 

Communicates positively and effectively with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders from different countries and cultures, to understand administrative needs and resolve support issues

Understand a variety of different business needs and processes currently using HRIS tools, and recommend automation of business processes where appropriate

Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Proactively finds improvement areas and does not need daily supervision

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365

Experience administering EIB's strongly preferred

Holds one or more Workday Pro Certifications strongly preferred

Familiar with Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence, strongly preferred
