About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting, designing, installing, maintaining, and managing the equipment needed to provide Cloud Network Infrastructure including physical and SDN network framework.
- Develop and implement cloud network infrastructure solutions that meet the highest standards of availability, flexibility, and performance.
- Lead a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain and update infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback to the team and HR.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and trends to assess risks and business impact.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
This is an in-depth technical role that requires strong fundamentals and understanding of Data Center network technologies such as WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
