Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative activities, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers;
  • Managing office supplies and inventory;
  • Handling travel bookings and accommodations;
  • Overseeing facility management and maintenance;
  • Developing and implementing operational systems and processes;
  • Providing training and support to administrative staff;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Experience in office administration, preferably in a similar role.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
