Job Overview

The Application Support Engineer role involves delivering exceptional technical support to resolve complex business system issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert level 2 network support and troubleshooting services.

  • Strong knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (preferably Juniper SRX or Palo Alto).
  • Advanced expertise in configuring and troubleshooting switching and routing technologies.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in cloud technology and infrastructure.
  • Scripting skills for automation and efficiency.
  • Wireless technology expertise for seamless connectivity.
  • SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting for secure access.
