Job Title: Quality Assurance and Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Release Manager to oversee the quality and timely release of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Testing Procedures: Define, implement, and manage comprehensive testing procedures to ensure the high-quality release of our software.
  • Test Automation: Choose and implement test automation tools and strategies to streamline our testing process.
  • Release Readiness: Certify and approve software readiness for production releases, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Definition of Done: Ensure all work items include agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD) to guarantee proper documentation and text coverage.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
