You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals, providing them with guidance on various courses such as CPA, CMA, and finance & accounting certifications. Your key objective will be to counsel students on the best course options based on their career goals and ensure they understand the benefits of these programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on courses and provide guidance on the best options
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and working professionals
  • Understand students' career goals and provide personalized advice
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining course benefits
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with student details and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
