We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in mobile development with a proven track record of building and deploying cross-platform apps for Android and iOS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Flutter applications, as well as collaborating with designers and other stakeholders to create scalable and user-friendly mobile apps that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive and maintainable Flutter UI from Figma designs
  • Develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries for smooth functionality and performance
  • Take ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle – from planning to deployment and maintenance
  • Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues proactively
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders
  • Use Git for version control and manage codebase collaboratively
  • Stay up-to-date with Flutter best practices, tools, and mobile app development trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter
  • Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS
  • Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC)
  • Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization
  • Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter
  • Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes
