About the Role

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll turn complex ideas into intuitive designs, working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver interfaces that engage and convert.

  • Design and develop responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma or other design tools.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with product goals and objectives.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure user-centered design principles are met.
  • Built and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistent branding and styling.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfect and meet technical requirements.
  • Optimize designs for conversion, accessibility, and performance to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, SaaS design patterns, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual design concepts and prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps, web apps, and responsive websites.
  • Expertise in Figma, with knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
  • Understanding of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and accessibility principles.
  • Experience with design systems and component-based workflows.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics).
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or consumer tech products.
  • Knowledge of motion/interaction design and micro-animations.
