Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finalizing balance sheets, preparing and filing GST returns, TDS returns, and ESI filings. They will also oversee day-to-day accounting operations, handle reconciliations, payroll entries, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize balance sheets and P&L statements
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and ESI returns
- Oversee general ledger and daily accounting operations
- Handle reconciliations, payroll entries, and vendor management
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and ESI return procedures
- Strong understanding of balance sheet finalization
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho
Eligibility:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce (B Com or M Com)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
