Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of large-scale education programs in collaboration with state governments.
  • Engage with senior bureaucrats, policy-makers, and department leaders to co-develop strategies and drive systemic reforms.
  • Analyse educational data to identify opportunities for convergence and high-leverage entry points for innovation.
  • Translate large datasets into actionable insights and visual reports that support real-time decision-making.
  • Develop compelling narratives and decks that bridge the gap between field data and policy priorities.
  • Conduct ground-level field visits to gather intelligence on implementation bottlenecks and user needs.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops for teachers, administrators, and officials to enable effective use of digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and timely program delivery.
  • Monitor and report on program milestones, risks, and impact metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in Education consulting, public policy implementation, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of India's school education ecosystem, including teacher training and government budgeting cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior government officials and facilitate high-stakes conversations.
  • Proficiency in analysing large datasets and drawing actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent skills in storytelling through data and strong project management skills.
  • Field-readiness and willingness to travel for school visits, stakeholder meetings, and on-ground monitoring.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali (or relevant state language).
Qualifications
  • MCA/ BE/ B.Tech. or Higher in CS/IT/ EC.
  • Proficient in Data Management tools (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Mango DB).
