Required Skills:
- 7-8 years of experience in education consulting or program management.
- Strong understanding of India's school education ecosystem.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Excellent storytelling skills through data.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: MCA/ BE/ B.Tech. or Higher in CS/IT/ EC.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead large-scale education and EdTech programs.
- Engage with senior bureaucrats and co-develop strategies.
- Analyze education budgets and identify opportunities for convergence.
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights.
- Develop compelling narratives and decks bridging the gap.
- Conduct ground-level field visits and gather intelligence.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops.
