Job Title: IT Service Management Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Architect to join our team. As an ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT service management toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and implementing custom ITSM applications and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules.
  2. Configuring application UI and workflow to meet business needs.
  3. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  4. Performing on-site design and functional reviews before delivering modules.
  5. Participating in discussions with Business Analysts to design Functional Design Documents.
  6. Ensuring consistent tool configuration across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
  7. Providing ongoing production support and end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT service management tool architecture and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
