Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Udaipur. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring strict adherence to budget and schedule. Daily tasks include designing and drafting architectural plans, integrating various technologies, managing construction phases, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The role demands rigorous attention to detail and a fine-grained understanding of place, program, and community dynamics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Construction Phases
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects is a plus
