Internal Communications Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative internal communications professional to join our team. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies that engage employees, promote organizational goals, and enhance the overall work environment.

  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling internal communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Content Creation: Craft visually appealing content using Canva and other design tools to communicate key messages and support business initiatives.
  • Storytelling: Develop engaging stories that showcase employee achievements, company milestones, and organizational success.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and inclusivity by designing and executing employee-centric programs and events.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling. They should also have hands-on experience with graphic design software, such as Canva, Corel Draw, and Adobe Photoshop, as well as a solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.

A bachelor's degree in communications, visual arts, or a related field is required. Proficiency in creative AI tools and strong project management skills are desirable.
