Product Launch and Engineering Leader

  • Launch, lead, and scale a next-generation B2B SaaS product for enterprise catalog and order management.
  • Develop the full engineering charter including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Build strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features such as intelligent product mapping, search, and decision support.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
  • Ensure fast, high-quality releases in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
  • 8-15 years of experience in product engineering with a focus on ASP.NET Core and ReactJS.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.
  • Strong architectural skills with the ability to balance long-term scale with short-term speed.
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices.
  • A learning mindset towards AI technologies.
