You will lead our efforts to accelerate user engagement and retention across our fintech products. This includes defining and optimizing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

We have a platform with almost 4mn monthly active users and 15% of this is daily active users; with an installed base of almost 58mn+. We offer customers features across the credit cycle "Access"->"Analyse"->"Leverage"->"Protect".

The platform offers customers ways to deeply understand their creditworthiness and now, an opportunity to monetize it by launching Personal Loans on the platform.

  • ">Growth Strategy Development:">Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels including:">

    • Website">This would include driving Acquisition, Engagement and retention for the APP and Web, as well as monetization use cases such as Personal Loans.">
