- Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
- Build financial models that help us make informed decisions.
- Lead investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence.
- Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
- Build a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business.
Requirements:
- Certified Accountant with 6-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
- A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
- Strategic finance expertise - you're not just operational; you think big and long-term.
- Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
- You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
