Lead Balance Sheet Financial Reporting Team

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to spearhead our Balance Sheet team in Finance & Accounts. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. They should have strong knowledge of IGAAP, proficiency in financial reporting tools, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Advanced MS Excel skills are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and Finalizing Financial Statements
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • MIS and Strategic Reporting
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits.
  • Addressing audit observations and implementing corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.
  • Ensuring financial reporting aligns with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.

You will work closely with the treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables.
