Senior Financial Reporting Manager

This role involves overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing management reports, monitoring regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements.

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Candidate must be a qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in financial reporting.
