Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical Architect Position

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of .NET developers
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
  • Designing scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Conducting regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Working closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git
