Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Experience: 2 Years
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to assist in the development and customization of NetSuite applications.
- Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Suite Script (1.0/2.0), Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
- Configure and enhance NetSuite modules such as CRM, ERP, Financials, and Inventory.
- Support integration tasks with third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware tools.
- Work closely with functional teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and ensure quality in development and deployments.
- Support data migration, reporting, and dashboard customization.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL; knowledge of HTML/XML is a plus.
- Good understanding of NetSuite data structures, roles, and permissions.
- Familiarity with core business processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financials.
- Basic knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and custom reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and end users.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification
- NetSuite Administrator or Suite Cloud Developer Certification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
