Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away to ensure maximum productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure high accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Generate reports and create MIS documents on a weekly, monthly, and daily basis to track performance.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and returns to ensure seamless logistics.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with e-commerce or fulfillment centers.
- Knowledge of WMS or SAP ERP packages is an added advantage.
- Graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week with flexibility.
