  • You'll be responsible for designing and handling critical infrastructure services at scale, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance in enterprise-grade environments.
  • You'll develop strategic roadmaps for infrastructure services, defining service delivery plans and performance metrics in collaboration with business partners.
  • You'll oversee service delivery and reporting for critical functions, ensuring alignment with SLAs while the operations team handles day-to-day administration.

  • You have deep expertise in designing and managing Windows/Unix administration, Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • You've experience designing and overseeing critically important, revenue-facing services with a focus on security, performance, and high availability.
