Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Extensive experience with SQL databases and query optimization
  • Proficient in Node.js and Express for server-side development
  • Experience with React and EJS for front-end development and templating
  • Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts
  • Understanding of web development best practices and design patterns
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerisation
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • System Architecture and Design
  • Excellent communication and spoken English
  • 5 years' experience in proven delivery
  • Experience of working with Geospatial Data, including point clouds and photogrammetry, is desirable
