Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee key financial functions, ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger, journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable including vendor management and collections.
  • Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.
  • Support internal and external audits addressing queries and implementing improvements.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.
  • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws and regulations.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CA Inter is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
