Executive Finance Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Finance professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking requirements, documentation, and database management.

The successful candidate will handle a range of tasks including investments, liaising with banks, database management, documentation, and liaison with internal stakeholders. A strong focus on timely completion and accuracy is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the corporate treasury function.
  • Executing investment strategies in accordance with company policy.
  • Liaising with banks and fund houses to facilitate transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate databases to enable effective reporting.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction closure.
  • Driving efficient accounting processes for treasury transactions.
  • Maintaining high standards of database management and accuracy.
  • Ensuring timely completion of documentation-related tasks.
  • Fostering positive relationships with bankers and internal stakeholders.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also essential. Knowledge of general banking terminology and processes is required, as well as basic accounting knowledge to understand the impact of transactions.
