Job Title: Information Specialist

As an Information Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting data from digital surveys and extracting information from various financial and non-financial sources. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and process data from digital surveys into a digital platform for stakeholders to view.
  • Use digital tools to extract data from various financial and non-financial sources.
  • Develop skills to perform quality control at various stages of the data extraction process.
  • Develop skills to perform front-end review to confirm stakeholder views.
  • Participate in testing new features for product and engineering teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand projects and drive next steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Excellent academic record with strong interest in finance and ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to find and source information from different data sources.
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with ability to work productively within a group.
