Job Title: Integration Solution Architect I

Job Summary:

The Integration Solution Architect I will work with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations. The Architect will be responsible for developing solutions for fit and scalability, while ensuring that they conform to long-term strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving, shaping, and managing the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards within the Integration domain.
  • Specifying and publishing standards around Integration Solution Design & Usage Development.
  • Providing technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.
  • Taking ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders.
  • Leading and mentoring the Integration team on a daily basis and through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and providing hands-on delivery guidance.
  • Transforming business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications, leveraging loosely coupled integration components/microservices.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions.
  • Providing continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology.
  • Maintaining continuous personal learning and development to remain technologically relevant in current and emerging technologies.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications or related Technology streams.
  • TOGAF 9 certification.
  • 10+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
  • Technology: IBM API / Microsoft API / Azure API, Seeburger / EDI, Denodo.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development.
  • Systems, software, technologies like Azure - DevOps & Service Now.
  • Experience on Service/Product Lines, Agile Service Delivery or Agile Methodology.
  • 3rd parties' management experience (MSPs, technology providers).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally.
  • Solid leadership skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual, global and culturally diverse teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, changing environment, capable of working independently, navigating problems, resolving conflicts, and bringing solutions into the table.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and be able to persuade, negotiate, and influence for meeting business objectives.
  • Innovative thinker - able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
