This role is responsible for coordinating and managing academic operations in a middle school setting.

  • Monitor record-keeping of support programs and ensure charts on display boards are error-free.">
  • Ensure regular feedback is provided to central office staff at the end of each lesson plan or unit.">

Responsibilities

  • Seek approvals from central office regarding field trips, changes in books, period allocations, and new initiatives.">
  • Coordinate social media promotion, draft circulars and newsletters, and implement HR policies and processes.">
  • Plan special days and events according to guidelines shared by central office.">
  • Monitor effectiveness of curriculum delivery through the academic calendar and conduct curriculum workshops.">
  • Investigate student cases, coordinate with PLC teams and parents, and update progress reports.">
  • Organize events such as parent orientation, PTA meetings, PTMs, field trips, sports days, annual concerts, and extracurricular activities.">

Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree with a B.Ed. is required for this role.
