Job Overview

This is a challenging role that requires high-impact lead generation and e-commerce expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across various industries, including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and others.
  • Optimize campaigns daily by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps to ensure every investment drives business growth.

Necessary Skills:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads with 2–3 years of industry expertise.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset with comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • A creative + analytical balance with the ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
