  • Develop and execute original content across various social media platforms.
  • Ideate creative campaigns, reels, carousels, newsletters, and community content that showcase partners, creators, and city experiences.
  • Design visually striking assets, including graphic design, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video.

You will build and nurture local creator, business, and community networks across cities. Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments, and proactively identify opportunities for us to participate and lead.

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, and influencers to amplify reach.
  • Experiment with new formats, such as live video, AR filters, and collaborative content with creators.
  • Own the social media calendar and publishing workflows.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will define and execute our social media and community growth strategy aligned with business goals. Share actionable insights with leadership and product teams to refine our community-driven approach.

  • Develop an analytics and reporting framework to measure engagement, growth, sentiment, and campaign ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or media company. A solid grasp of platform-audience-content fit and proficiency with social media management tools are also essential.
