Design Visionary

A design visionary is a creative problem solver with an exceptional eye for visual storytelling and the ability to bring brand narratives to life.

As a key member of our product marketing and growth team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals that communicate complex ideas in simple yet impactful ways. Your expertise will shape our brand identity across all touchpoints – from social media campaigns to enterprise sales collateral – making us stand out in a crowded category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Identity: Develop and evolve our visual language across all channels (website, decks, campaigns, and digital presence).
  • Marketing Design: Create engaging visuals for product marketing initiatives (launches, comparison pages, sales enablement decks, infographics, case studies).
  • Social Media: Design captivating graphics, carousels, and visuals optimized for various channels.
  • Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with PMM and Growth to translate narratives into visually striking campaigns.
  • Motion/Video (Optional): Edit short-form video content (social snippets, product teasers, customer stories) to elevate our brand presence.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding consistency across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with design for social media marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives in fast-paced GTM and PMM environments.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
